Sugrobova Julia Yurievna is the Head of the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the Crimea State Medical University named after S. I. Georgievsky, Ph. D. in Philosophical Sciences (Philosophical Anthropology, Philosophy of Culture), Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Crimea (2002), Honored Educator of Ukraine (2012). Awarded the Diplomas of Merit of Supreme Council of the Republic of Crimea (2002), Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea (2006), Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine (2013).
Scientific interests concentrate on Culturology, History, Language (human being, society, culture). 2 post-doctoral and 3 Ph. D. theses are being written under the supervision of Sugrobova J. Y. at the department. She is the author of over 60 studies, 6 manuals,3 among them are classified by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine – “History of Ukrainian culture” (Classification of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1/11-64. Author’s right No. 44083 issued on 30.05.2012), “Cultorology”( Classification of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No.1/11-4914 issued on 10.06.10. Sugrobova J. Y. teaches History of Ukrainian Culture in Russian, English, and Ukrainian. Member of ethical commission of the Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary, member of commission on the humanities and educational work at CSMU, director of recreation center of CSMU students.

Karpova Irina Danilovna – senior teacher, head of teaching department. Awarded the Diplomas of Merit by the Center for Professional Development of civil servants and managers of state enterprises, institutes and agencies by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea (2001), Crimea State Medical University named after S. I. Georgievsky (2007), Commendation from the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea (2009) and from the Representation of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (2013).
Her scientific interests are focused on cognitive and axiological linguistics, phraseology, culture of language, theory and practice of translation, culturology. Karpova I. D. works on her Ph. D. thesis on the specialty “The Ukrainian language”. She is the author of over 20 studies, 4 manuals, 2 among them are classified by the Ministry o Education and Science of Ukraine - “Culturology” (Classification of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No.1/11-4914 issued on 10.06.10. Author’s right No. 44082 issued on 30.05.2012), “History of Ukrainian Culture” (Classification of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No.№ 1/11-5832 issued on 1.07.10. Karpova I. D. teaches medical Ukrainian, business Ukrainian for students and academic teaching staff of CSMU, as well as contemporary Ukrainian and literature at the preparatory courses.

Samsonova Elena Vasilyevna works at the department since 2009. She writes her Ph. D. thesis titled “Phraseological Units with Component Names Comprising the Names of Plants in Ukrainian (ideographic aspect)”.
Teaches History of Ukrainian Culture, medical Ukrainian.

Kaushliyev Gennadiy Sergeyevich works at the department since 2012. Ph. D. in History.
In 2006 he graduated from the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadsky (Faculty of History, specialty “History of Ukraine”). In 2012 he completed the post-graduate courses at the Faculty of History at the Taurida National University and defended his Ph. D. thesis titled “Pilgrimage in the Historical Area Study of the Crimea (the last third of 18th century – the first half of 19th century)”.
Teaches the following subjects: History of Ukraine, History of Ukrainian culture in Russian, English, and Ukrainian.

Mizrakhi Maria Vasilyevna works at the department since 2011, Ph. D. in Culturology.
In 2006 she completed her study at the Faculty of Philosophy at the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy on the specialty “Culturology”. In 2009 completed the post-graduate courses at the Department of Culturology at the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy and defended her Ph. D. thesis titled “Game as an Attribute and Post-Modern Communication”.
Teaches such subjects as History of Ukraine and History of Ukrainian Culture in Russian and English.

Mamutova Khatidzhe Enverovna works at the department since 2011, Ph. D. in Culturology.
In 2009 she graduated from the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy (Faculty of Philosophy, specialty “Culturology”) In 2013 she completed her postgraduate study at the Department of Culturology of Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy and defended her Ph. D. thesis titled “Modern Communication Practices in Culture: Genre and Representation”.
Teaches History of Ukrainian Culture in Russian and English.

Molochko Yevgeniya Valentinovna works since 2013, Ph. D. in History.
In 2009 graduation from the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy (specialty “History”). In 2012 completed her postgraduate study at the Center for the Study of Monuments by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and Ukrainian Society for the Protection of Monuments of History and Culture and defended her Ph. D. thesis titled “Popularization of Cultural Heritage of the Crimea (XIX – beginning of ХХ)” Teaches History of Ukraine in Russian and Ukrainian.

Khlebas Olga Alexandrovna works at the department since 2011. Senior laboratory assistant, since 2013 serves also as teacher. In 2011 she completed her study at the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology of the Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy on the specialty “The Ukrainian Language and Literature”. Writes her Ph. D. thesis titled “Media Art in Multicultural Community”.
Teaches History of Ukrainian Culture, medical Ukrainian.

Glinyanaya Tatyana Yuryevna works at the department since 2013. Laboratory assistant and teacher of the Department of Ukrainian Studies.
In 2013 she completed her study at the Faculty of Ukrainian Philology of Taurida National University named after V. I. Vernadskiy on the specialty “The Ukrainian Language and Literature” and defended her Master’s thesis titled “Means of Fictional Figurativeness in the Narratives of Nechuy-Levitskiy I. S.”
